Refund policy

Returns and refunds are not accepted for buyers remorse situations. In the highly unlikely event that a watch arrives in non working condition, we must be notified within 24 hours. After it arrives back to our shop, Items are inspected, and if fixable, our shop warranty applies. If the item is damaged beyond repair, a refund will he issued through our payment administrator. This can take up to 14 business days.
