Paul Breguette was a well-known jewelry and watch retailer, formerly based in Pennsylvania. Leon Dunleavy, a past employee of Kay Jewelers, stated that the company purchased the name “Paul Breguette” in Switzerland in 1938.

The company was owned by Kay jewelers of Pennsylvania, they used Swiss made well finished movement, also high-grade movements from companies such as Girard Perregaux. The movements were initially cased in Switzerland and later in the U.S.A.

 

Paul Breguette became a notable watch brand that played a significant role in the watch industry during the mid-20th century, the company gained recognition for its high-quality timepieces and craftsmanship.
